We take the stress out of managing employees by recruiting, monitoring, training, administering superannuation, insurance, workers compensation, discipline, grievances and payroll. We take on all legal obligations as the employer of the apprentice.

Each apprentice is provided with an allocated Field Officer to provide mentoring, support, and advice.

To Become Host Employer you will need to sign-up with Core Skills Painting Group Training Organisation. One of our staff members will contact you shortly after you fill up contact form given below. Following is a brief idea of services provided after sign-up:
1. Choose your workforce level (apprentice level 1-4) the suits best to your current project requirement.
2. Plan the time frame that you need the apprentices for - it can range from 2 weeks to 4 years.
3. Choose best painter apprentice for your business and let us handle the recruitment, admin and other aspects of recruitment for you.
4. Contact Core Skills Painting GTO if to sort out any issues or disappointments with the decision made. Out staff will act on it promptly to get your issue sorted as soon as possible.
